Linaltec AB was founded in 2015 by Jan Lindquist and is based in Stockholm, Sweden. The company provides cybersecurity and privacy consulting services with a focus on European digital identity, information security management, and international standards.

About Jan Lindquist

Jan Lindquist is a cybersecurity consultant, ISO standards editor, and digital identity specialist. His work spans the full range from international standards development to hands-on security consulting for organisations across Europe.

Before establishing Linaltec’s current consulting practice, Jan served as Senior Product Manager at Cryptomathic, where he led the Mobile App Security Certification (MASC) product — a mobile application protection platform used by banking and payment providers. This experience grounds his consulting in the practical realities of securing applications at scale.

  • ISO/IEC JTC1 SC27 WG5 — Contributing to international information security and privacy standards
  • ISO/IEC 27560 — Lead editor of the consent record information structure standard
